WORST OF THE WORST HOSPITALS!!!!!!!!!! It is so frustrating. I would easily slipped on my mind that this is our ticket to get in the hospital. They dont have sanitizers on each floor. Vending machine are only for water bottles that dont even work and expensive af. Food they sell is 5x costly than in grocery. Toilets are disgusting. There “Semi-private rooms are wards in other hospitals. The guards are rude and some nurses are not hospitable. Everything in the hospital is to be paid within the day unless you are not going to use. And supplies are not to be given unless bills are paid on the same day! I would not recommend ever coming to this hospital.

Went there for an emergency and they took care of my father's head wound immediately. CT scan was fast and the result was concluded right away. We were just there for a couple of hours. The service was fast and precise. There's just one specific injectable that they don't have and we had to go outside and look for it in other pharmacies. Overall, it was a good visit. Thanks ARC!

I asked for a restroom/toilet while waiting for my turn in the outpatient department building groundfloor, and found out there was no toilet nearby. The nearest one is quite far and you needed to exit the building. And I realized, toilet or restroom was essential in that area when I saw kids and children vomiting and they got nowhere to go to vomit or wash rightafter, also old people are visiting for checkup, while waiting they’d be prone to peeing or pooping especially if they are not feeling well. So, it would be really nice if they had a toilet in that floor,l to accommodate the out-patients’ need, as there are a lot of outpatients waiting there as well. Thank you.

Newest hospital in Lapu-lapu City, they have wide ailes, spacious and well ventilated rooms, the air goes thru and through even inside their fan wards, big place, wide parking lots. Very spacious, ARC hospital is using mostly advanced technology equipments in their laboratory facilities. They clean and disinfect every after each customer passes by.. It's clean My senior citizen mom was confined here for treatment, she had a stroke attack and pneumonia.. So then she was diagnosed as covid 19 patient due to a positive result of antigen test and RTPCR test prior.... We waited in their isolation tent three hrs before we were admitted inside the covid 19 ward just because I don't have enough money to deposit which the billing officer required me to pay outright before they admit my mom and let inside the facility building... Just a heads up for everyone & awareness too Make sure to bring enough money for your initial deposit before admiting your patients so don't have to wait long... because the billing officer will only allow the patients to be admitted if there's a guarantee that the patient or the patients guardian can afford to pay their hospital bills.. promissory notes maybe considered in some situations also.

A hospital with one of the highest quality facilities. The air is also very fresh considering it is not located just next to the street. The accommodation is high quality as well. Professionalism is also observed by staffs. Good quality health care. I'm so glad there's another hospital in the island that's nearby me. We we're having a hard time finding for a hospital with vacancy for my mother that night and finally decided to let her be admitted to this hospital. Good choice indeed. They also entertain insurances and discounts. 😉

Overall its clean, people are accomodating - the only concern when we visited is clearly Time management and for the staff doctors to be in OPD on time as they were scheduled. the doctor is suppose to be in 10am however as of writing its already 66 mins past scheudule yet the doctor hasn’t arrive - patients are starting to get tired and i am observing alot of Old patients in the waiting room.

The service is absolutely mediocre at best my late father was isolated even though he wasn't infected of COVID-19 because of some "protocols" when he was admitted it was too late to do anything and we had to pay a ridiculous amount for their frustratingly mediocre pace of the facilities and also only one elevator to accommodate customers, patients, etc. so you cant get anything urgently. If you're reading my review better find another hospital.

Took the Billing Department 3 hours to sort out my bill. And I had to personally trigger it. The three doctors who were on my case had cleared me for discharge. I went to the 4th floor nurses’ station to see what’s up. Nurse 1 proceeds to call Billing, no answer. Nurse 2 says they’re all possibly lunching. I said, mas hayayhay pas resort. So I proceed to go downstairs and get actual feedback. Lady in billing seemed truly unaware of the situation, remained blank when I mentioned that the nurses had been calling. She gets my name, checks my record, gets the gist, realizes that the PhilHealth component is missing. Forms that have been handed to the hospital two days ago after admission. Philhealth coordinator finally shows up. Now they’re back and forth with the insurance company. Of course that contributes to the delay since the insurance company still needed to evaluate the bill and its contents. That though, was pretty standard. Communication between hospital departments and actual work done efficiently, I’d say that’s a zero. Cause if I hadnt gone downstairs, I’d still be in the hospital now. The two stars are for the health professionals who took care of me beautifully.
